Please note that we only accept payments sent as “Friends and Family” to the following payment methods:

Any transactions paid as “Product” or “Services” will be refunded, and the order will be canceled. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this payment policy. Thank you!

• Prior to shipping out any order to you, I will provide you with pre-shipment photos of your actual order.
• If you are dissatisfied with the pre-shipment photos because the item does not match the advertising, you may request an exchange for a different item or receive a full refund. If you agree with the pre-shipment photos, your order will be shipped out on the next business day with a tracking number. Please note that I only accept refund/exchange requests if the item you receive is different from the photos shown or if it is damaged due to shipping, and this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• For shoes, please try them on indoors. I only accept exchanges for a different size of the same shoes, and the returned shoes must be brand new and unused.
• If you need to return a package, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and the package must be returned in the same packaging as you received it.

• For items that are available in the USA (listed under the “USA AVAILABLE” category), please allow 1-2 business days for processing and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery after payment is received.
• Expedited shipping is available upon request for USA available items, with an extra fee.
• For items that need to be ordered from overseas, the estimated time for delivery is 2-3 weeks. Please note that shipping timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier and other factors, thus we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
• If you have not received your order after 6 weeks from the date of purchase, you may request an exchange or refund. We appreciate your understanding and patience in cases where international shipping may take longer than expected.
