Pre-Shipment Photos & Approval
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we provide pre-shipment photos of your actual order before it’s shipped:
- If you are not satisfied with the pre-shipment photos:
- Request an exchange for a different item of equal value.
- Request a full refund.
- If you approve the pre-shipment photos:
- Your order will be shipped on the next business day with a tracking number.
Post-Delivery Returns & Exchanges

Please Note:

Shoe Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for a different size of the same shoe model if:
