• Items that need to order oversea or preorder:

  • I accept Venmo/Zelle/Apple Pay/CashApp/Paypal. After you make your payment, I will process your order. It takes 3-5 business days to ship out of factory (China) and take 12-15 days to arrive at my warehouse (USA). When your order is ready at my warehouse, I will check the condition and quality to make sure it’s the correct one and there is no damage during shipping. I will take pre-ship photos of your actual order and send to you to check. When you agreed on the pre-ship photos, I will ship it to your address and provide the tracking number, you will receive in 3-5 business days.

  • I take fully responsibility for any seizures, damages, lost during shipping overseas to USA. I will contact you when there is any issue and you can either waiting for resending your items or exchange to different items  or refund for full amount of the items.

• Items that are available in USA warehouse:

  • I accept Venmo/Zelle/Apple Pay/CashApp/Paypal. After you make your payment, I will process your order. I will take pre-ship photos of your actual order and send to you to check. When you agreed on the pre-ship photos, I will ship it to your address and provide the tracking number, you will receive in 3-5 business days.

• I accept Apple Cash/Credit/Paypal. After you make your payment, I will process your order. It takes 3-5 business days to ship out of factory (China). I will take pre-ship photos of your actual order and send to you to check, when you agreed on the pre-ship photos, I will ship it to your address and provide the tracking number, take estimated 12-15 days to receive.

• There are maybe custom duty on your destination country (which value of the package is very small – under $50) you need to pay. I don’t take any responsibility for this fee at your end.

• Incase the package got seized by customs. You can pay half value of the package to reship it.

Before ship out any order to you, I will provide pre-ship photos of your actual order.

• If you do not agree with the pre-ship photos because the item doesn’t look like advertising you may exchange to something else or get full refund.
• If you agreed with the pre-ship photos, i will ship it out the next business day with tracking number. I only accept refund/exchange if the item that you received is different than the photos I showed or damaged due to shipping (within 24hrs since delivered).

For shoes please try on inside the house, I only accept exchange for different size of the same shoes and the return shoes must be brand new (unused).

All packages returning you will need to pay your own for returning shipping fee with same packaging as you received.

• For items that available in USA (you can find these items under USA AVAILABLE category) will takes 1-2 business days to ship out and 3-5 business working days to receive after I received the payment.

• For items that need to order from overseas, it will take 2-3 weeks estimated to receive. Shipping time frame is all estimated and depending on carrier and other facts. Therefore there is not guaranteeing delivery dates. You can start to request for exchanging or refunding after 6 weeks from the days you order that you still not received the order.

• Funds will be refund same way as you paid (bank fee may apply) or use as credit for next order.

You will receive an email and photo of the shipping label with your tracking number within 1-2 business days after you receive pre-shipment photos. Once you receive your tracking number you can track online.
