- Prior to shipping out any order to you, I will provide you with pre-shipment photos of your actual order.

- For shoes, please try them on indoors. I only accept exchanges for a different size of the same shoes, and the returned shoes must be brand new and unused.

- For items that are available in the USA (listed under the “USA AVAILABLE” category), please allow 1-2 business days for processing and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery after payment is received.
- Expedited shipping is available upon request for USA available items, with an extra fee.
